Green and pink dress with v-neckline and cap sleeves. An additional band of chiffon fabric lays across the upper arm, underneath the cap sleeve. Green and pink pleated chiffon is in a "basket weave" pattern that covers the bodice to the dropped waist. From the hips the skirt is green, full and has 2 layers of chiffon. The outer layer or outer skirt's hemline has a rigid tape sewn into the hemline to create a permanently flared hem. Two pink chiffon roses are sewn onto the bodice below the shoulders. There is an invisible zipper that begins under the left arm and extends to below the hip. The hem length is mid-calf.
